At Nix Furniture Express we believe online shopping should come with the assurance that you are receiving a quality product at the best possible price. We are committed to 100% customer satisfaction, so you can be confident in your purchase.
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase we will gladly accept returns within 30 days of you receiving your items. It is important to note that return shipping costs are paid by the customer (with the exception of shipping damaged or defective items, as addressed in the Damages section).

Restocking Fees
We currently do not charge a restocking fee for returns.

Procedure for Returning an Item or Order
The most efficient way to initiate a return is to email us at with your order number and reason for the return. You may also call us at 1-800-669-9816. We will then start the return process or contact you for additional information.

The refund (less shipping) will be applied to your account once the return is processed in our warehouse. Please note that the return process involves several stages, so please be patient in awaiting your refund.  Generally following the date of arrival at our warehouse, this process is approximately 3 to 7 business days to receive return, inspect, re-stock, issue credit to original form of payment, and for credit/debit card payments for your banking institution to post the refund to your account (in certain instances additional stages are required).

In the unfortunate instance that your product arrives damaged, contact our Customer Service Department within 48 hours of receipt of the order for replacement parts or for a full replacement product. Damage replacements or damage replacement parts are provided with no additional cost to our customers. In most cases, we may require you to take digital images (photos) of damages. Please keep the damaged items along with original packaging. We may need these items returned before we can provide a replacement. 

Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order and obtain a refund at any time BEFORE we process the order to our warehouse. However, we do process orders rather quickly and after it is processed it may not be eligible for cancellation.

In order to change an order after you have placed it, you must contact our customer service team via email at or phone at 1-800-669-9816 in order to determine if your order has entered the shipping process yet.

Typographical Errors
Please read each listing carefully before you place an order with us. We give you the information that is supplied by our vendors. If this information turns out to be incorrect, please email us before leaving a negative feedback. We strive to reply to emails within 24 hours. If you do not receive a reply within 2 days, it is probably because we did not receive your email. Please call us at 1-800-669-9816 and we will work toward a resolution.
